I let the episodes build up so when I finally marathoned, I wouldn’t be quickly disappointed when I caught up to the most recent after 2 episodes. I have 10 left.

Now that you guys both mentioned it… I do remember running into a lot of Relena hate in the GW fandom when I first got into it. Nowadays though, it doesn’t seem to be that “pre-rec” anymore. Or maybe I’m just in the right side of the fandom now? Or people grew up over the years??? *shrug* (Although god no! I do not remember this game at all! That’s awful!). 

So I wouldn’t say that I have avoided it, exactly. As the moment of female hate I have run into was always due to the female characters being in the way of a yaoi pairing. Usually. (1st thought: Kaho from CCS and honestly this is probably what happened a lot of times with Relena as most of the hate I ran into, came from the 1x2 fans) Or that the character was found to be unbelievably annoying and useless and “ugh Go Away!” (1st Thought: Sakura from Naruto.) So it’s there. I’ve seen it. But I apparently don’t see it or encounter it as much as everybody else seemingly does. Although the Naruto fandom does seem to deal with this a lot. But I’m not in the fandom like that, so the stuff I do come pass, I honestly just ignore. Same old tired stupid argument, I ain’t got time for it.

I will admit though that at one point I was definitely a Relena hater myself (And a Sakura hater),  I couldn’t stand her cause just something about her character drove me mad, but 10 episodes in or so, whenever it was she found out about Zechs being her brother (and in the case of Sakura, after she cut her hair during the Chunnin Exams. All points in which there was some type of Character Change) I realized, “Alright you little badass you. Do your thing” and I now have a high respect for them both.

So I can’t say I’ve never hated a fem char before because I felt they were annoying/whiny/useless…. cause I have, you’re allowed to not like people for habits. But I don’t think I have ever really sat there and purely only targeted them because they have XX chromosomes and those habits are only unacceptable because they’re not male. That’s just an odd thing for me to completely comprehend….

That’s thing that I don’t get. I understand the need for the article, but I just don’t understand that mind set and the intensity behind it and just how… I really just don’t get it. (Although yukoutena made a nice little response to that, so it’s a little bit more understandable but at the same time….Still. What?)

(But Oh! Can I just take a minute to rant about this character though. Kagome! Oh poor sweet, Kagome! I know so many people who sit there and find her unbelievably aggravating . A few of my friends especially. And it kills me cause I’m just on the side like

“But I love Kagome. Yeah she may have her moments of fail here and there. Yeah she doesn’t have that many attacks (cause come on… she uses a bow and arrow…. those arrows run out….What do you want her to do?) and she calls for InuYasha all the time. But sometimes you gotta at least give credit for fact that she tries.”

And I’ll always get back  the ‘No she’s just f-ing annoying’ response and I’m literally sitting there thinking how InuYasha is just as whiny, if not a billion times worse…. (And he actually aggravates me more even though I adore him) And yet nobody’s complaining about that? Okay…)

And don’t even get me started on how much I used to dislike Naruto in the beginning, but Sakura and Hinata and Ino caught all the hate…Okay.

I literally just made the move to do just that the other day. I still get beat here and there but I won enough to rank up my babies 2 times. I walked away from online ranked matches after that cause I was not going to jinx it. Hell no lolol

I wish I would’ve thought to do that sooner and maybe then Xiao would already be a Mentor or so by now ugh. Well better late than never! I seriously need to work on Nina, Leo and Lili. I miss fighting with them. I miss fighting with them a lot. But I really forgot like… Everything they can do D; And I can’t work with Lili anymore. Heartbreak and devastation everywhere. Don’t expect to see them during our next online battle with high ranks any time soon~

So far the only matches where I’ve demoted people, they weren’t cheap, they were actually some what close to my level, if not at my level (which isn’t really that high, let’s be honest lol) so they put up a fight. And every time I felt awful about it, cause god knows I want to cry when Xiao gets Demoted.

But those fights where people spam and I win… especially if I beat them brutally.  It’s a darn good feeling.

I’ve been trying to re-watch Batman Beyond for the longest and finding out by chance, it was on Netflix made me the happiest kitten. So I marathoned the episodes….

My sister and I were able to re-watch Batman Beyond on the internet (hopefully one of these days I can buy the series and own it and watch it in HD glory) the way we are with Static Shock right now.  And when I did find it I was beyond happy and excited because I adore both shows~ And adored Batman Beyond with a passion~ (And yes Terry-goodness who couldn’t love Terry? *heart eyes every time he’s on screen along with DeeDee Twins*)

Yeah 52 episodes was so small. I hated how short it was and I always feel a sadness wash over me when I’m getting closer to the end of a show that was amazing. T___T Getting to the end of Batman Beyond -and all my other precious baby DCAU shows- always makes me cry and want more. D: 

XDD Ahahaha! Static Shock is fresh in my mind as it’s what I treat myself to watch everyday with sis, and boy is there an insane love for the show~ Virgil if you can hear me you’re welcome to marry me any time  okay? I love you way too much!  And the best friends in these shows are awesome! Although quite personally I can totally ship them as more, but the chemistry for the characters really make me happy at just the amount of dorkish, fun, caring vibe they have for one another! :’D Terry for Max, and Virgil for Richie~ And reverse! 

While watching it, I also had the feel of “Whyyyy did I never think to just buy the DVD’s?????? What stupidity!?” But then I remembered that I’m very stingy with money sometimes and I didn’t remember exactly how big my love for the series was enough to convince myself that it was a perfect investment… so I let that moment of fail slide. But you better believe it’s on list of things I must buy~! (Ah, that reminds me. Return of the Joker… I need to watch that)

Static Shock is the very opposite of fresh in mine, but I still remember all the love for it. The day I re-watch all of the episodes,  will be a glorious day indeed and you will probably know about it, cause my Tumblr might go through a mini-spam lolol

(Yo, I ship that bromance though. For Batman Beyond in particular since that one is clear in my mind. -We’ll see where I stand with my re-watch of Static Shock- Like Terry x Max that could totally work for me. I don’t know what episode it was where it started, but she got in his space with all her sassy and he was just as sassy back and I went “Oh…Oh yes, yes… I ship this” lol But at the same time, I’m with you. I’m unbelievably cool with them being the absolute best of Bros that they are. I multi-ship all the over the place here.)
